Lauren developed a strong background in the material handling/industrial sector of ACCO MHS. She worked closely with the web development team to rebrand and create a modern website for this company that dates back to the early 1900's. 

Kay Builders | Marketing Manager 2014-2018

Branding and revitalizing outdated materials was the primary focus during Lauren's 4 year association with this new construction company. Continuing her education, Lauren became a certified Real Estate Agent to better understand the industry, company and target demographic. Social media, realtor outreach and customer outreach kept Lauren in touch with the latest updates and strategies. 

Rice's Sale & Country Market | Marketing Manager 2012-2014

One of the oldest Farmer's/Flea Markets in the Country, Rice's was in desperate need of new vendors to sell goods as well as new (and past) customers to frequent the market. With a co-produced jingle for radio advertising (with her father), billboard design, print advertising and social media presence, Rice's Market thrived during Lauren's tenure. 

Lauren E. Daniels, Owner

Lauren E. Daniels, owner and operator of LED Designs graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors of Science in Fashion Merchandising. She later went on to complete her MBA from Holy Family University. 

Throughout her career, Lauren has held the title of Marketing Manager for a number of different companies in a wide range of industries. Lauren also holds her real estate license in the state of Pennsylvania and has extensive experience in new home construction marketing. 

Since college, Lauren has been immersed in digital marketing, web design, content creation and social media management. Lauren also excels in project management and thrives on assisting others meet their desired goals.

Melissa Klecker, Marketing Coordinator

Hi, I’m Melissa Klecker, and I’m thrilled to be part of the LED Designs team! I have a Master’s in New Media & Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Communications with a Marketing minor, which have provided me with a strong academic foundation to build my career. However, it’s my hands-on experience and passion for creativity that truly drive me in the marketing world.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, from human resources and continuous improvement at UTZ Brands to marketing and community outreach at Soccer Shots. These experiences have helped me develop a diverse skill set, particularly in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and project coordination. I’ve always been drawn to the challenge of building meaningful connections with audiences, crafting compelling content, and helping businesses grow through strategic, results-driven approaches.

What excites me most about being part of LED Designs is the opportunity to collaborate with Lauren and bring unique, creative solutions to our clients. I’m passionate about helping businesses shine by creating tailored strategies that make an impact in today’s fast-paced, digital-first world. I look forward to getting to know our clients, understanding their goals, and working together to create something that truly reflects their brand identity and vision.

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader, a firm believer in staying active, and I love spending time with family and friends. I believe in the power of balance—whether it’s finding inspiration from a good book or recharging through exercise, I’m always seeking ways to stay inspired and motivated in both my personal and professional life.
